From reading/watching all the E3 stuff through G4tv, 1up, etc, heres my feelings.

Sony:

PS3 Price $400-500: DOH! >.< Looks like they just killed their teen market. A lot of people wont be able to afford it, especially with two other systems competing for much less.

PS3 Controller redesign: -.- Ugh...hate to sound vulgar but... Sony, please grow some balls. Your boomerang controller was made fun of. You didnt deal with it. You cried and got scared and ran away. Instead of dealing with the negative feedback and refining the design, you scrap it and go to your older, proven controller, even though NO ONE EVEN GOT TO TRY THE BOOMERANG DESIGN. I thought you were supposed to be the next generation. Copying Nintendo's motion sensor idea by adding 6 degree motion is nice, but since you only have 1 game demo-ing its use (Warhawk), I dont feel like you really are implementing the feature, more like tacking it on. Thanks for copying and becoming stale, instead of innovating and evolving.

PS3 Eyetoy 2 Card Game Demo: Wow!! This looks AMAZING! A battle card game that displays your monsters on screen ._. If the card system is sound and balanced, you could have a major franchise here!

Heaven Sword for PS3: Looks awesome. But its just another action game. Looks like the female version of God of War.

MGS4: Guns of the Patriots: purty....Otacon looks badass. Snake looks old. Raiden is the new ninja!!! >

Microsoft:

Gears of War: The new Time Crisis? Shoot, duck and run. Melee with Chainsaw (Unreal Tournament!!). Me wanty

Too Human: Silicon Knights (makers of Eternal Darkness) Action with RPG elements with 4 player co-op. Better be internet playable ._. Me wanty

DOAX2: Hurray for more boobs and crap. -.-;

GTA4: More of the same? But with prettier graphics?

Halo 3: Very weak teaser video. No gameplay footage. More of the same?

Nintendo:

27 Playable demos: O.o where did all these come from?

Wii Graphics: Looks like gamecube, with much higher poly fill rate and poly count. HD Graphics fanatics need not apply.

Wii controller changes: Speaker on the Wiimote, left nunchaku attachment is motion sensor too?! Shell controller shown.

Red Steel: o_o purty~~~ Katana slash! Lyra likes! How come no female lead T_T

Zelda Twilight Princess for Wii: ._. Evil...thanks for delaying this great game till november-ish for us Gamecube owners. Now when the Wii version comes out, the GC version is pointless -.- RELEASE IT EARLY YOU DOPES!

Metroid Prime 3 Corruption: o.o Grapple beam in combat...Brilliant!!

Wario Ware Wii: OMG Mario Party move over....Wario is gonna kill you XD

PC:

Spore: Will Wright...i love you, god of all nerds ._. *squeals and bounces around* As a Sims and Sim city fan...this is just...wow ;-;

i read a bunch of things about the E3, the Sony Gamepad .. omg ^^ roflrofl !!!
the guys from Nintendo and even Micro$oft must be having fun atm

anyway, it's just a shame now .. it's just a stupid product war, stealing ideas and concepts and selling the same products again and again, not caring AT ALL about the quality the give to ppl but only about the billions they get ... not even exploiting fully their machine .... look at the VG market 10 years ago and look at what it is today... i rlly wanna see it in 10 years

so yeah, the games are getting nicer, the technology allows it easily and new consoles / games are released faster each time ... but "old" gamers are often sick of MGS 17 GT 14 Tekken 39 and Mario 22
